Been using it 5/7 days to commute and It's like xmas every time I learn something new about my bag. So practical, spacious, comfortable, good during rainy days. Fits pretty much everything I need. Use it as a cushion with the middle back strap when I need to rest down my head. Super convenient on where pockets are and love the secure straps!

Fits all your need for a day hike

Did 12 miles today. 3 cans of water, a rain jacket and enough snacks to keep me in the go. With the stability belt does not move or chafe just stays in place almost feeling weightless. Only question is ease of removal and putting on but to make it easier you would remove the key benefit of the stability belt.
