Great Product (but not really Great!)

I like the flexibility, and adjustability. It was easy to install, and held securely. I felt like the ball snapped off at the neck a little to easily when I bumped into it as my boat lurched beneath me. The good news is that it was quick and easy to re-order just the ball base, and just as easy to re-install again. I will continue to use it. It is a better solution to mounting my Tablet at the helm than any other solution I have found.
