I bought this for winter riding in very northern WI. I’ve been riding it for a week and have 77 miles on it. It has performed flawlessly. I put studded tires on it upon purchase, but outside of that made no other changes. I had done a lot of research as to how a fat tire e-bike would perform in the snow. I was unable to find much information so decided to go for it. It has been worth it, of course you need a decently packed trail, but it will go through some deeper snow. The throttle option allows a little help if you get in the deeper snow and need to get back up on the hard pack.
