Bad experience with kids

The class supposed to start from 9 to 12 as I signed in, the chef told me the class is going to start at 10 am when the adult come. they changed the recipe because not enough kids sign in to 2types of bread which wasn’t really fun for my child. When I picked up my child the chef gave me uncooked bread with wrong estimation to bake them at home. One of the bread wasn’t in a good shape. I wish if I can attach pictures as I sent to them with a complaint to Ledolci’s email. No one responded to me. I would not recommend those cooking classes for kids as I am parent who live in the area. The cost I paid didn’t cover the quality of the class. They don’t post any pictures when my daughter took the class while they post something sounds great in their Instagram in the past. I hope the owner looks for my complaint.
