OPENROAD 10,000lbs Electric Winch with Synthetic Rope-Panther Series 3S

This company is hard to get in touch with. That being said read everything. The winch that I ordered/received is a great product. I have used it 4 times so far and have no issues. It is a strong winch and is better than the more expensive Smittybilt winch that I previously had on my vehicle. After receiving the winch and using it a little bit, I would use them again. I wish that they were easier to get in touch with. If they got that taken care of it would have been a near perfect experience. The installation was simple. It took just over 1 hour.

Openroad sends me daily emails asking me to review my order. I received the winch, but I’m still waiting on the receiver mount plate two months after placing the order. I have contacted customer support a couple of times and haven’t heard back from them. It’s kind of hard to review the products when I can’t use them. Very frustrating! Edit to add that “Lulu” from customer support emailed me two days ago and said that they had a system issue and that the mount had shipped that day. Still no tracking number….. I will NEVER order from Openroad again.

Very easy to install, the bolts should have been a better grade, over all very impressed!!
