The foot pedal shipped faster than expected. A plus in my book. Unfortunately it was the motor on my serger that died, not the foot pedal. So I have returned it. Thank you for making the return process quick and easy. I will definitely be shopping with you again.

While moving I misplaced my foot pedal for my Brother Airflow 3000 serger. I checked online & could not find a Brother parts specifically. When I spoke to retail outlets, they could order the part however they explained (as did a brother company agent) that the part is not labeled specifically as a brother part. The company just uses a general manufacturer AND the store price was & $65.00!! Luckily, I received a return call from a repair shop who recommended this online option. I emailed and online staff suggested this foot pedal. I ordered it and it arrived on time and was LESS THAN HALF of the retail price for the same thing! Very happy with the experience overall. Only thing that took extra time & was a bit of a hassle was time delays from the staff getting responses back to me. It was not a 1-time online chat that covered all the steps. It was correspondence after informing them of what machine I owned, then having to take a pic of the back tag w/ serial # / model # etc., before I got a specific pedal to buy. I appreciate the caution for them to get it right but that stepped spanned a couple weeks. All in all, I have a replacement now, at a good price, it works and I feel a success over a problem that stopped me in my tracks from using the serger. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends and family! In fact, I have already browsed sewing Rm furniture on their site as well as smaller items! Give them a try they have lots to offer!!

I've had my Brother sewing machine since the 90's. While the machine is still in great shape, I was starting to have issues with the foot control/chord (when I would press down, it wouldn't always make the machine run) My new foot control/chord has my old machine running like new! I no longer have to wonder whether or not my machine is going to sew properly. I've been able to complete a number of projects. THANK YOU!
