(NEW) Luxium Ultra - Durable Smart Watch

I purchased the Ultra watch back in July. The watch was working fine until about 10pm this evening. When I raise the watch to illuminate the watch face, the screen gets bright white for a moment before the watch face turns on. Also the side buttons no longer work. I have tried to power off/on the watch as well as reset and unpair/repair the watch. I still get the same issues. The watch is also fully charged. I'd like to understand how I can get a replacement since the watch is only two months old. I’ve been email customer service for days now with no response.

Broke within 2 weeks not even going to try to get warranty because i read over 50 reviews and they don’t warranty there products. Definitely not worth the money would not buy
