Chief Smartwatch

First off, loved the package and all the extras tgat arrived in my package. There isn't any item I will or are using currently. However, the watch does not ding when I receive a new text message. Nor does it count step without your phone in your pocket. But I love LOVE the battery life. So the health benefits are a 3 out of 5. That being said, I wear this watch while working and my Samsung for the classiness.

The product is good for the money. You pretty much get what you pay for. The quality is decent, best part of the product at this point is very sharp response. No lag.

Watch is great. Good quality. Great battery life. My only complaints are. You make it too difficult to upgrade the warranty. Clear instructions on how to redeem it. Your customer service is non existant Hard to talk to anyone. It is very discouraging. After you purchase an item. There should be clear communication, and transparent business ethics. It was like. You received my money. Now you dont care about my future business. I love the product. I hope this helps you improve.
