El reloj esta de lujo, sipero mis expectativas, lo unico es que me quedo un poco grande el extensible, y agradezco que hayan mandado la herramienta para ajustarlo, pero no lo he logrado, ha sido dificil sacar los pernos, pero en cuanto al reloj todo de lujo

I am disappointed with my experience. I purchased two watches as gifts for family members. When they arrived, the presentation boxes were creased and damaged, which was disappointing for items intended as gifts. More concerning was the condition of the watches themselves. I found scratches and cosmetic imperfections on the bezel and dial areas, meaning they did not appear to be in the pristine condition expected of brand-new products. I contacted customer support and provided all the evidence requested, including photographs and videos. After their initial response, I supplied everything promptly but have since received no update or resolution despite following up. I like the design of the watches, but the quality issues and lack of communication have left me disappointed. I am still waiting for either replacement watches or a refund.
