Bobbin Case, Class 15 #JO1313ZW

Somehow I lost the bobbin case of my ~40 year old Kenmore sewing machine. I was in a bit of a panic as I haven’t used the machine in a long time, and wanted to start sewing again, but did not think I could still find parts for it. It was super easy to find and order the part and made me excited to start back up on a quilt.

After looking months for a bobbin case I ran upon this website and took a chance to order the case I need. Excellent decision. It came yesterday in the mail and it’s exactly what I need and the delivery was fast.

I bought two extra bobbin cases for my Kenmore 158.1774 so that I could have bobbin cases permanently adjusted with correct tension for the different thread weights I use. I adjusted the new bobbin cases for Mara 70 (tex 40) and Mara 50 (tex 60) respectively. The bobbin cases work perfectly - there doesn't seem to be any difference between them and the original bobbin case that came with my machine. It's handy to be able to pop a bobbin in without having to adjust the bobbin tension for a different thread weight.
