Noni looks great. I am eating the most ripe ones raw and making them into a smoothie after straining out the seeds. The other ones that are not ripe yet will get thrown into a glass jar and fermented for a couple months. Then I plan to drink that lovely brown juice ! My husband and I loved the smoothie this morning , I blended fresh noni with water and strained out the seeds then blended with raw ginger, lime and fresh blueberries. I felt energized almost immediately. Which is a treat in northern Minnesota during negative zero temps
