Combined with Cassia Alata Leaf to make tea that I drink first thing in the morning 3 morning a week. Only been doing this for 1 month but noticed I'm not feeling as tired and drained around that "time"

I can tell the difference after a very short time. I can only imagine if I use this product consistently, how my body will respond.
