I’ll be travelling to Europe in August and just starting doing a little packing so I can’t wait to use.. however I already love because of the quality and it’s just right for what you need as a personal item bag.
FYI it fits a lot of things in it I was very surprised when I did a test to see just how much I can.

Great travel and work bag
Love it! The bag itself is light but strong. I particularly love the straps as they are lightly padded but not bulky and definitely strong, making the bag comfortable to carry. The bag is not huge but has lots of room - even space for a water bottle inside. I love that it doesn’t have lots of pockets which take up room, but the hidden pocket is really useful.
This bag has become my main work bag carrying my laptop, lunch and all the necessities for a workday. I have also taken it on an interstate work trip and found that it easily fit in under seat plane storage.
