SCENTORA 428

The product came on time and the Fragrance are great 401 smells great and 428 is good that smell is a bit light though perhaps that’s just the way the actual cologne smells it itself?! And 231 to me smells has a strong connection to actually one but it doesn’t it comes and goes I still like them all I just hope they last long we shall see I’ll come back with another comment

I'm very disappointed with Scentora customer service. I had starting my spring/summer collection with Scentora and purchased bottles 205, 211, 428, 276, 246, and about a week ago I purchased 289. During a recent summer event, I mistakenly purchased a second bottle of 428 (in addition to the 289 as each bottle was $20). Immediately after my purchase, I realized my error and contacted customer service to see if they can help switch the bottle with another one. Keep in mind that my email was sent within minutes of the transaction so I was anticipating Scentora to help me with an exchange since the order was even processed. Scentora then responded with by telling me I needed to take a picture of the bottle, ensuring it wasn't more than 95% used, charge my for return plus a restocking fee. The email was clearly automated because I literally placed the order a few minutes ago so Scentora were both tone deaf and ultimately unwilling to help. Never Again!
