The products seem fine. The problem I have is with service. I received my package on 9/18 I reached out to support within an hour of receiving the package. One of the big bottles broke inside during transit and spilled completely over the other bottles. Support was quick to respond thankfully, and said they would get a replacement out. That was 9/18. It is now 10/01 and I have no replacement nor even a shipment confirmation. My original order had a shipment confirmation within a couple of days. I’m not sure why it is taking so long to get a replacement. When I follow up with support I’m consistently met with a “we’re working on it “ No estimate, no shipment confirmation or tracking number. This is frustrating.

I have had the original Baccarat , bleu de ch, Aventus and a few others but I only ordered the 3 mentioned on Duppe Scents to my surprise they smell exactly the same. Now its time to see if the ladies think the same 😉.

Customer service rep lied and said the reason my account was deducted twice even though I only placed one order was because my bank issued a hold to make sure the funds were available for the purchase when the screenshot I sent them showed that there was more than enough money to cover my order. They lied again and said they went back and looked at my previous orders and says that I made two purchases and that's why I received two boxes. Which lie is it? Did I make two purchases or did my bank put a pending hold on my account? i've sent numerous proof that they made the mistake and still refused to refund my money by feeding me all types of lies
