Bariatric Lids vs Dr. Now's surgery

I got these just to be healthy- I like doing these but the thing I did not like was the thing being what makes salads fun for me have to fit into the little purple teaspoon- might as well NOT do those! The red one holds Eight meatballs! I've lost a pound since Xmas!

I like they are convenient size I can carry just about anywhere with me to ensure I keep my portions in track. I also love I can use them to keep my food from touching cause I don't like my food to touch....lol
