I love how easily and quickly I can measure my food. The cooling pack insert is awesome...it keeps everything chilled for hours. I definitely would recommend this product!

The little cooler and containers are well constructed and a great idea for portion control. The product fell short with the recipe book. Many recipes are mere combinations of food, like yogurt and fruit, which doesn't fit my definition of a recipe. I was looking for some new ideas on cooking nutritional low-calorie meals.
