Really notice a difference

I really love taking this 3 times a day, one prior to every main meal for me. Particularly after I have just had an overseas trip for 5 weeks. Usually by the end of the trip I feel completely revolting and bloated after the trip. I feel this time after continuing to take Liv 3 that I didn't feel so bad at all.
