Mouth Tape

Excellent mouth tape. I’ve used others before and the texture of Bouche is much nicer. It stays on better than most but as an active sleeper and CPAP user, I find it is not quite wide enough to stay on at the corners of the mouth all night unless I use two pieces to extend the size. Overall the best I have found yet.

I've tried a few different mouth tapes over the years, but Bouche is the one I keep coming back to. With other brands, I'd often wake up to find the tape had fallen off, or I'd end up with irritated skin around my mouth. Some felt so uncomfortable that I couldn't wait to take them off in the morning. Bouche was different right away. It feels comfortable, stays on all night, and doesn't leave my skin feeling irritated or sticky when I take it off. After a few nights, I noticed I wasn't waking up with a dry mouth anymore, and I started feeling more rested in the mornings. What I didn't expect was how much of a difference it would make to my sleep overall. I genuinely feel like I'm sleeping more deeply, waking up with more energy, and feeling more refreshed throughout the day. Even my partner commented on the difference. It's become a staple in my nightly routine now. One of those simple habits that doesn't seem like much, but ends up making a bigger difference than you'd think.

Been using the mouth tape for several weeks now and have noticed a difference in my breathing. The mouse tape works wonderfully and going to order more.
