The best!
I absolutely refuse to sleep without my mouth tape. I sleep deeper with zero interruption and wake up well rested. The shape of the TapeHer tapes makes breathing comfortable and they can be removed easily. I highly recommend using a lip cream/balm before applying for an easier removal process. No more scratchy morning throat and a great night’s sleep…win-win.

Incredible Product
I have tried everything! TapeHer was the answer! I can’t sleep without it now. I sticks on my nighttime face creams and it so comfortable, the material is breathable and feels like second skin. I can’t recommend this enough!

Works great!
I was very skeptical when I first read about mouth tape but decided to try it. My sleep as improved so much! Not sure about how it has helps my snoring as I live alone but since using this tape my cat has slept with me every night!
