Nasal Strips

Super helpful

I find these super helpful. I typically struggle to breathe through my nose and often snore, so I have tried various nasal strips and these are by far the best.

Pretty good sometimes.

Easier to remove than drugstore brand, but still painful. Can't use them every night because my cheek skin is tender. Also - perhaps just on nights with humid weather - they itch. I sleep on my side. Breathing improved on the up side, not the pillow side.

I genuinely didn’t expect such a noticeable difference. I’ve tried a few nasal strips before and they either fell off halfway through the night or felt too aggressive on my skin. These stayed on all night, were surprisingly comfortable, and I woke up feeling way less congested and more rested. My sleep score even went up the first week I started using them. Now I keep a pack beside my bed and another in my carry-on.
