I’m on my fourth month of taking these collagen gummies consistently and have seen a real positive change in my nail strength and growth and my hair is healthy despite dying it. I’ve even recommended them to my mum who suffers with weak nails. The only thing I’m not 100% happy about is that on subscription there’s no option for a refill bag - instead each month is a new bottle. It would be great if there was an option to buy a longer lasting storage bottle (glass maybe) that you can re-use and re-fill each month instead!

I have noticed real changes on the third month of taking them.
