I left this same review already so I hope it’s not boring you My initial order was never received (I have a couple of theories involving USPS or neighbors) BUT… customer service made good and sent me a second order. They seem like very conscientious guys. Honestly, customer service was the best I’ve ever come across. Now I have another problem. The roasted cocoa is also the best I’ve ever come across and now I don’t know what to order next. I loved all of the samples (Nigerian, Ivory Coast and Ecuador french roasts). All are a bit more coffee-like than I was expecting. Smooth and just the right amount of bitter. Sweetener is NOT required IMO. I tried a small amount (½ teaspoon) of maple syrup in them anyway and that was good also but I think I prefer them without sweetener.

Missing coffee no more!

It had been a long time since I had my morning cup of coffee. Now with this roast I no longer feel like I’m missing anything! Works great in my French press with a 10% Choffy to boiling water ratio, steep 20 minutes, press, enjoy!

Fantastic... only word I could think of quickly.
