Better prices, more flexible return policy, better customer service!

The directions are difficult to understand and I assumed there were a couple of needles included...but no. Not easy to use. Would not recommend. Now waiting on needles from another company and hope I wasn't scammed as I read where there are different companies and many are scammers and only a few are legit.
