Scott’s videos are the real deal. I sell Orthopedic implants and sufffered from Plantar Fascitis. The Docs I work with provided me with stretches and (threatened the boot). I did not roll that route. Scotts calf smash cured my issue. I improvised by taking a pool noodle and putting a wooden dowel in the middle. It’s mobile and I keep it handy in the OR. Also the Psoas muscle is so overlooked in Low Back and Hip pain. It’s hard to stretch but Scott has the perfect device. I’m not going lie. It hurts like hell……but it works! Thanks Scott! Leighton
