The Watch hour hand was off by one index. I sent out an email to get it fixed, customer service helped me initially to return the watch. However once they received the watch on 8/4/2024. They have not updated me on the status of repair and when I will get the watch returned back to me. It’s now 8/14/2024 which is insane that I spent almost $400 on a watch to not have it. Worst experience ever. Will be seeking legal action or communication with my bank about refund/fraud if nothing is done about this.

I collect 60's divers watches but could never wear them everyday. I now have my Undone GMT with that style and sapphire crystal glass that gives it the durability I need.
