Never, and I truly mean never, should anyone buy from here. The watch is massively overpriced; it’s worth maybe $150–200 at most. The customer support is a disaster — I had to send more than 25 emails, and because of their incompetence I ended up paying customs duty twice. The strap they sent is defective, and I’ve been waiting for a reply to my email since November 21, with no response to this day. I originally planned to buy several watches from them, but now I will actively discourage everyone I can from this company. This was a huge disappointment and caused me financial loss. If you want to do yourself a favor, do not buy from here.
