Pretty darn good

I dig these blinds and after a few hours of frustration programming we love them! Installation was super easy if you have a drill or driver with a Phillips head tip. A couple things to know, web page has a USA address but blinds shipped from China, no big deal but I looked hard for USA company when shopping for them. This was due to anticipating a need for good customer service support. Helpline phone is hit and miss, as we had some issues with programming. Their return email help did work out and they sent a link how to fix programming and they were very responsive. Zebra blinds Creme color was more of a light grey color which was no big deal because they have a creme color in certain light. If you are needing a specific color take advantage of the sample fabric they will send you upon request (website explains). Programming blinds with Alexa was challenging but company sent a youtube link that really helped us. I would love to see troubleshooting scenarios on their website because i had to search hard on Youtube for programming remedies. I think better directions or a tutorial on the webpage would be great. Summary if you are a little tech savvy the trouble is worth the wait when they start working with Alexa. When you have them programmed with Alexa terminology is important. Alexa adjust the blinds to 50 percent versus saying “raise or lower the blinds “ You will get it, and we do love them. Just some things to look out for..pull the trigger if you’re on the fence:)
