Replacement bag, due to broken zippers
I had unnecessary issues getting a lifetime warranty replacement bag. After weeks of back and forth with this company to replace a bag I loved , I finally got a replacement bag. It's an okay bag, but not the bag I originally had, nor is it the one I wanted! It's plain and boring and cannot be used in the same manner or original manner I purchased it for. Also, I was charged $15+ dollars for s&h which was supposed to be credited to my account, and never happened. This company has horrible customer service and I will never purchase from them again, due to these various issues.
