It's a great bag got to use it once. I had the combo set and some how someone changed it on me and was hoping there was a universal reset code. And is there a way the zipper can be fixed the same person messed it up. But thank you for a great product.

Ya’ll are too sweet

I had a bit of an interesting order and I couldn’t believe the end result~ it was the best service I think I’ve seen in a long while. I ordered a black bag and got a burgundy one that isn’t on their website. It’s fine~ it happens:) especially because I ordered during the holidays and at least one hiccup is bound to happen during busy times. I called to see what they could do and a guy reached out to me saying that he was sorry that this all happened. During a call we talked about the situation, he told me about the bag itself, and we figured out what steps to take from there. They offered amazing services after that and I for sure will be buying a more things from their website. This is truly an amazing company~ they really care about their items and their customers. It’s really refreshing to see that amount of kindness and sincerity, ya’ll have a wonderful holiday. Thank you for the cool possibly limited edition bag:))
