Really nice products. I was having issues with my shot pouring and contacted the team to work out of the new portafilter could be excluded as a cause. Long story short: customer service were very responsive and open to assisting in potentially fixing the issue, but it turned out it was a user issue and not the gear... glad to have bought from a company who were at least willing to work with me to fix any potential issues in the first instance. I'd recommend you guys to anyone who is looking to level up their coffee game. Cheers

Good quality scale. Is being well used already. My coffee now tastes exactly the same every time. Prompt dispatch ment delivery was quick.
