The Jackery 3600 plus generator purchased through off grid stores arrived in a reasonable time frame. Representatives of Off Grid stores apprised me of delivery information when requested. Tracking information was excellent. The package arrived in excellent condition and the level of protection within the box was the best I’ve seen in a long time. I would not hesitate to purchase again, from Off Grid Stores and will look to them for my future needs.

I purchased two 3600s and a battery pack. After installing them, they worked well during testing. The 500 W solar panel didn't work well at all. The best solar power generated was 180 w and that was in pure sunshine and laid out as directed.
