Monza Suede Sneaker in Horizon

Horrible Fit on 2nd Pair and Non Responsive Customer Service

I absolutely loved my first pair (Manza Bone) - perfect right out of the box and one of my favorite and most comfortable shoes - so I was excited to try to suede in Manza. I purchased the same size. The size seems correct but they were horribly uncomfortable. Different hot spots and an uncomfortable feel near the ball of my feet. I tried adjusting the sole and laces but couldn't get any improvement. I have contacted support through the website, email and live chat and they have been completely non responsive. Very disappointing.
