Things get lost in the shuffle, but as soon as I called, it must have gone out that day. I got it right away.

Convenient pole; great customer service

I carpool with several ladies when I hike and love the convenience of folding the poles up and carrying them in my sack. I used them happily for several hikes. One pole had an issue after that and wouldn't stay suspended. I really appreciated that Hiker Hunger replaced the broken pole. I'm hoping I can use them without additional problems.
