Arrived at 35 degrees, very nice color and taste, did need a little trimming for the dark vein, overall very nice

Blood line left in, so after cutting it out lost 1/3 of the fish. Also fishy on arrival, not the experience I was hoping for the advertisement (or price). Better off with the thawed product at your local grocery store.
