Gold medal for good reason

Among my very favorite dark bars. It's the perfect thickness, and the melt is more creamy than sticky. Zero bitterness. Presentation is gorgeous. A true delight to all 5 senses.

This is a nice solid chocolate with a good flavor. I would give it a 9/10 on my chocolate scale. I like the ability to try a different type of cocoa bean and help preserve its heritage.
