Natural Organic Cotton Percale Sheet Set

This review is the same as for the Blue Hydrangea sheet set because I couldn't tell the color of the product they wanted me to review (color issues are a recurring theme). I already own and like the dark grey of this product so I purchased 2 more sets at the same time: light grey and blue hydrangea. The latter arrived first and quickly but wasn't the color I expected based on the online images: it was light blue and I wanted slate / a gray with blue undertones. The light grey arrived over a week later and was fine: same feel and quality of the dark grey I've had for several years, but the grey is very faint, it's almost white. The main reason I'm knocking off star, though, is because of their processes. I initiated a return online of the blue hydrangea set and got an email stating it was "under review." I contacted customer service twice and both times they said it's a self-return process and to print the label and ship the sheet set back. There was no label so I had to to make and send screen shots to prove the return was in limbo. Within 6-8 hours I received an email with the return label. Overall, good product and responsive customer service, but they need process improvement. Also, customers should be careful with the colors ordered; maybe find online photos from customers to compare to the company's online pics. I probably wouldn't order from them again since I have the only 2 colors I wanted and wasn't impressed by the light grey, but for others they might be a good choice.

Sheets aren't as soft as I thought. Hoping they are cool--we haven't had hot weather yet so I can't be sure.
