This is a very hearty prenatal. The smell of the prenatal itself was difficult during morning sickness and I was not always able to get them down. But I know this is common with quality. The omega 3s I am a little hesitant about recommending. All my research has supported that they should not be fishy or that indicates they are rancid. I occasionally get a fishy taste/burps that give me pause. Other omega-3s I have taken do not do this to me (yes I am storing them in their container in the freezer).
