Disappointing Service and Ongoing Order Issues

I ordered luggage for a recent trip to Europe, but the entire experience has been a major headache from start to finish. Initial Shipping & Wrong Item: The order was initially slow to fulfill. While customer service eventually agreed to expedite the shipping so it would arrive before my trip—after numerous emails and phone calls—the item that arrived was incorrect. Forced Alternative: Because of the mistake, I was left with no choice but to borrow luggage from a friend for my international trip. Return Struggles: Trying to return the incorrect item has been just as frustrating. Getting the return approved required even more back-and-forth emails. Unresolved: It has now been over a month, filled with numerous emails and phone calls, and my original order has still not been delivered or resolved. Bottom Line: The customer service team is extremely slow to resolve issues, and the endless follow-ups required on the customer's end make this not worth the hassle. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Nice Bag That Keeps You Organized

LOVE IT, but...

My only complaint is that I cannot customize one thing and choose between the flow closet with the wide shelving and the flow closet with the compartments. My preferred combination would be the Lite Collection with the wide shelve compartments. I like the clasps closures on the lite collection. Please make this happen! the customer service and quality of both luggage collections and backpacks are stellar. I have 2 backpacks, 2 luggage both the Lite and the other zipper luggage. It is a great. I just wish I could get the combination I prefer
