Absolutely one of my favourite flavours. Cannot believe the perfect blend of flavours and the quality of each ingredient is just incomparable.

This is such a beautiful chocolate. Every bite feels beautifully considered; the silky ganache, the little bursts of ginger, and the delicate almond crunch create such a lovely balance of flavour and texture. The orange is beautifully subtle, complementing the warming ginger without overpowering it. My only wish would be for an even darker chocolate (min 80% cacao), as I think the slight bitterness of a higher cacao percentage would complement the orange and ginger beautifully. I really hope this flavour is here to stay. My forever favourites- the raspberry/dark cherry ganache and the rose ganache- have already disappeared from your shelves and website, and I still miss them. When I noticed this one seemed to be disappearing from stores a couple of weeks ago, I genuinely felt a little anxious! I immediately stocked up with three boxes of 10 and several twin packs, just in case. (I wish I could have done the same with the raspberry/ dark cherry flavour if I’d known you’d stop it). Your ganache chocolates have become part of my daily ritual, a small moment of indulgence, peace and joy that I genuinely look forward to every day. I'd be heartbroken if they all disappeared. Those 3 flavours also pair well with red wine- just saying!

10/10 keep this one! The taste, the texture *drooling Soooo good! This one is up there with your black cherry truffle. LOVE LOVE LOVE
