Took me back to my childhood.
I read a lot of pony books, particularly Ruby Ferguson and Monica Edwards and dreamed of flying across fields on my own perfect pony. The reality was I couldn't ride for toffee (though I tried) and I lived in industrial Manchester. I enjoyed this book although I found it a bit too technical and I did miss the illustrations (I appreciate you can't include them in an ebook). I could draw horses even if I couldn't ride them and it's lovely to see such talented equine artists on your page. I've read one Jinny book since finding your titles and am eager to read the others. You're never too old! (I'm 76). Thank you for the memories.
