I can't conclude for certain, just reporting that the first week coincided with some mild digestive symptoms. I am not sure if that was adjusting to the prebiotic, but those have gone away since then. I am waiting to get blood work done to see if the improvements I am experiencing can be attributed to elevated iron levels.

Great ingredients besides the magnesium sterate , which is a big negative and I will not be buying it again because of it.
