This is not only nutritionally good for you, it tastes good and is easy to take. I have struggled to stay consistent with supplements for years, but with this product, a few squirts daily is no problem!

I am impressed with the quality of Zuma’s Liposomal Curcumin! I also like the pump. It’s easier to use than a dropper and you get the same, consistent, measured amount each time. All the ingredients are an intelligent, knowledgeable choice in one bottle. I will continue to use it daily, and consider it one of my favorite tinctures included in my wholistic approach to health and wellbeing.

I've only been taking it for a week and I haven't noticed feeling any different (or better) yet, but I'm going to finish the bottle. I admit to really not liking the taste. I put it in hot tea in the morning with sweetener and it's not too bad that way.
