Great tasting and accessible. It's expensive so I can't use daily but..If I it's easy to use I'll keep using it , I live a busy life so it's important to grab and go to maintain consistency. Only used for a month and I really like the results so far . When I start getting sluggish,cold hands and feet I know it's time to grab a satchet. Im so excited to feel a difference i hate how weak and downni get with low iron & ferratin- these are suoer easy to takenand honestly notbas bad as what I expected them to be! Was like a pixie stick, thentexture is very fine powdery and not horribly unbearable- if i feel better inwill absolutely buy these!
