Personalized Father's Day Watercolor Portrait | Hand-Drawn Custom Art

Finished product came back pixelated (mostly the font). I ordered a walnut frame and got black. Also, during the proofing process I was out of the country for a week with no access to my email, so i couldnt finalize the proof. If they dont hear back from you within 48 hours to finalize proofing, they automatically create your print and ship it. I have attempted to contact the company twice regarding my disappointment with the print quality and incorrect frame, but they have never responded.
