Winch works great. Fast shipping and well made. My only complaint was I was never told when it shipped. So I had to email customer service. Who was helpful and told me the winch shipped and gave me the tracking number.

Shipping was fast and it arrived in very good condition. The install was easy even for me, I don't like messing with electrical things. The look is good and can't wait to use it! I'm very happy with the entire process!

Product is great only issue is the mounting bolts are garbage, snapped one using 1/2 drive Ratchet. New bolts used a 3/4 impact with no problems
