Mellow and flavorful

Usually we add cinnamon to the grounds basket whenever we brew our coffee, but with this coffee I didn't -- I found the flavor distinctive and rich on its own! Not too acidic, not too oily, a nicely balanced roast.

Solid coffee

This has been a reliable brew every morning but it isn't anything exciting with respect to depth in flavor, or flavor profile. The brew has been more sour than expected, but acceptable.

Good taste

Great taste, but only 4 stars because it doesnt work well on an espresso machine.
