Notes of rich dark chocolate and peanut butter perfectly harmonize in this delightfully sweet and slightly malty Brazilian cup.

Found a nearly perfect coffee
My criteria for coffee include two key points: no burnt notes and minimal acidity, while still offering a full spectrum of coffee flavors. Based on my experience with trade coffee over the past year, this blend is by far one of the best.

Really smooth!
I received the Cooxupe Casa Blend from Sterling Coffee Roasters. Although I am far from being great at discerning taste, I enjoyed this one! I didn't detect a "bite" at the end of the sip and I find myself drinking this coffee, which I brewed as a pour-over, without any creamer. It really taste smooth! Thank you, Trade, for sending this one my way.

Good but not great. Quality ok but not enough chocolate forward for me. Expected more from a Brazil
