Light bright and comfortable

This coffee is good bit more modern in flavor profile, the bright acidity is the second tasting note. So chocolate then bitterness then citrus so almost like chocolate orange ball. Then a hint of sweetness with a nutty finish. Good as espresso too silky body as espresso. Making it as French press the cup is a light clean mouth feel, i prefer more creamy or chewy mouth feell but all around this is good coffee.

Alma is my favorite roaster and soulmate is one of the best roasts that you can drink guilt free (the honey process is #1).
