Really nice dark roast
This is a really good dark roast. It's not the richest, or "fudgiest"—an adjective I run toward in a coffee descrip—but it's smooth. It's like right at the point on the spectrum where medium roast becomes dark roast. There is the smallest bit of a sour scent that I associate with medium roasts. It's not my fave but it's a solid coffee. I'm enjoying it black with a little stevia. It'd be great with milk (dairy or non-dairy).
